For the launch of Protein One bars, we wanted people to remember that each bar has 90 calories, 10 grams of protein, and 1 gram of sugar. 90-10-1 sounds kinda like 9-1-1, so we created the 90-10-1 crew to save you from imminent hunger. And gave them a catchy theme song.
Print ads showed up where people would be in danger of hunger.
And PR stunts kept snack emergencies at bay.
